Tauck, a very long-established, escorted tour operator in the US but a little-known player in the UK market, wanted to build the profile of its luxury European river cruises in the UK, in both consumer and travel trade media.
Over a period of 18 months, Tauck moved from being little known in the UK to a brand regularly featured in British print and online media, including regular mentions in The Times, Telegraph, Daily Mail and travel magazines, both trade and consumer. Over 450 on-line news mentions secured by Tarsh achieved a total audience reach of 80 million and an equivalent advertising value of £3.6 million.
