David Tarsh

David has advised and assisted more than 60 blue chip companies in many sectors of the economy, including BT, Compaq, Disney, ExxonMobil, GSK, HSBC, IBM, Microsoft, Nokia, OctopusTravel, PwC, The Stock Exchange, Volkswagen, the World Travel & Tourism Council and five departments of the British Government.  He has been responsible for numerous campaigns that have spanned the whole marketing mix and has won more than a dozen Gold awards for effectiveness and creativity. In 2006, he was named Sales & Marketing Interim Manager of the Year for his work with The World Travel & Tourism Council.

He has nearly 20 years business experience that includes client facing roles at several leading marketing services companies: Saatchi & Saatchi (advertising), Valin Pollen (financial and corporate PR), Maritz Ltd (motivation and loyalty) and HP:ICM (live communications). During the period he was Sales & Marketing Director of HP:ICM (1997- 2000), the company won a Queen's Award for Enterprise, on account of its strong business performance, doubling sales and exports over a 3-year period.  

David is also known in the Business Communications industry as a speaker at conferences and as an Awards Judge.

He has a Cambridge Law degree, an INSEAD MBA and a Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Nick Tarsh

Nick is an proven entrepreneur with over 35 years experience in Managing Director roles in both public and private companies, including Court Hotels, Evan Evans, Insight International Tours, Overseas Visitors Club, Tollman Hotels and Tourist Industries and Trafalgar Travel.

He is best known as the founder of Insight International Tours, which grew to a business with over £70m sales, 500 staff, offices in 5 continents and a Queen's Award for Export within three years.

His main consulting focus is working one on one with Chairmen and Chief Executives of SMEs.

His non-commercial roles have included the chairmanship, presidency, directorship or trusteeship of more than a dozen not-for-profit organisations, Including Clifton College, National Trust Enterprises, Plan International, Relate, Rotary and the European Tour Operators Association.

Nick was called to the bar in 1956 after graduating from Cambridge University with a First and a Rugby Blue. He also has a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and training in Dispute Resolution.

Paul Duckworth, Creative Director

With over 20 years experience in the creative industry, including global brand identity at Landor, creative freedom at Polygram, brand implementation at BAA and 8 creative awards to his credit, Paul possesses a rare mix of creative talent, sound business knowledge and a real world understanding of clients’ needs.
His expertise covers creative concepts, artwork, print and consultancy on marketing communications, brand management and efficiencies of production.
Notable clients include ABN Amro, Argos, Barclays, Bel UK, Bespak, Cognex, Consort Medical, GSK, Munters, Microgen, Philips, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Saga, Sony, Tarmac, TNT and World Travel & Tourism Council.
